Reservations
Please call (206) 782-2898 to reserve your appointments in advance or book online. In order to get your ideal day and time, we recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon.

Payment
To reserve your appointment, we kindly require a credit card on file. Your card number is securely encrypted and safely stored in our system. This not only helps us enforce our cancellation policy fairly, but also simplifies your checkout process after your service—and lets you take advantage of our curbside check-out. Habitude accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and Habitude Gift Cards for payments. We do not accept cash and have no cash or change in our location.

Punctuality
We recommend that you show up 30 minutes prior to any appointment to relax, drink tea and breathe. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with any service you receive at Habitude, we require that you contact us within seven days of the initial service date. We do our best to accommodate all of our clients and wish to promptly resolve any concerns with your service. Contact us at customerservice@habitude.com.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days accompanied by a Habitude receipt for product exchange or for store credit. No card or cash refunds.

Cell Phones
To maintain a peaceful environment for all we ask that you please turn off your cell phone while visiting Habitude.

Children/Pets
For the relaxation and rejuvenation of all our guests and the safety of your little loved ones, please find care for children under 12 before your appointment. You can also bring an adult friend who can take care of your child if quiet and well behaved in the waiting area only. We will need to reschedule your visit if you arrive with children or pets. You need a break too!

Underage Guests
Spa-We do not allow spa services for children under 16. Age 16-18 are permitted with a signed parental consent form on file, which you can email to us PRIOR to the appointment.
Salon– All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for salon services. At this time we do not offer any hair color or perm/texture services to guests under 16 and a chemical waiver is required.

Service Fee
No Surprises! Habitude adds on & retains a 10% service fee for all services. Not only do we strive to provide amazing service, we also take great pride in our incredibly talented team and believe they deserve both great benefits, fair wages and continued education. Adding this fee allows us to offset mandated programs and rising costs without having to raise service pricing by 20-25%. Thanks so much for your support.

Cancellations/No Shows
Late cancellations and no shows for booked appointments greatly affect our teams income. Please remember that you must cancel or move your appointment 24 hours in advance. This goes for both phone reservations and on-line booking. Our cancellation/no show policy is a $50 fee for your missed appointment. We will be e-mailing you an invoice that you can easily pay on-line. Please note that two no shows may result in not being able to pre-book without a credit card on file. Thank you for your support!

Parking
Street parking is available on surrounding neighborhood streets. The safest and easiest parking is next door behind the Nordic Heritage Museum for $2 per hour.

Valuables
Habitude cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home or carry them with you. We do tag found items with date and time of service and store them in our locked closet. Please call if you left anything behind right away and we will do our best to locate it.

Services if Disabled
Habitude is committed to accommodating persons with disabilities. We do have a long stairway that leads to our second floor Spa. If unable to make it up, can accommodate you in our ground floor mini spa space. We have a restroom, (including a shower), and a treatment room that are both handicap accessible. We do need to be aware of your needs prior to your visit to ensure that it is not in use at the time of your appointment so please let us know at time of booking. We also can accommodate you for hair services at both locations.
