Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Salon, Spa, Sales or Hospitality environment
• Reliable and on-time personality
• Excellent ability to sell retail and up-sell services
• Ability to make peoples day with confidence
• Have the flexibility to work when we can best meet the needs of our guests. We are open nights, weekends and most holidays
• Ability to work at both our Ballard and Fremont locations.
• Previous call center experience a plus
• We are only accepting resumes for those with prior retail, and/or salon-spa experience

Full-time Customer Service Pay:

• $30,000-$50,000
