We believe that new and emerging stylists are at a pivotal point in their career and we take it really seriously. At our Crux Academy, they learn and collaborate with senior stylists and get real life experience on real customers. The good news is that you, your friends, teens and family will be able to enjoy incredible Habitude hair services at more modest pricing! Our interns are fully licensed and working shoulder to shoulder with years of experience.

Our Fremont Salon houses our CRUX Care Academy, with two ongoing programs. The first is our traditional Crux Internship Program that takes already licensed stylists to the next level with hands-on experience and mentoring.

The second that we are really proud to announce is our acceptance as a federally approved apprentice training program through the United States Department of Labor Employment Training Administration. This means we will be able to hire people right out of high school or second career people and they can work with us at Habitude while they earn their license.

We are also always looking for MODELS to use for classes and test outs. You get beautiful, current looks, have a lot of fun behind the scenes and only pay for the product.

No matter how long you have been behind the chair, the Habitude Advanced In-House Training will enable to you to further your technical skills, find new artistic inspiration and open new doors for your future in the industry.

We offer In-House Education on a quarterly basis for our staff and also leave room for guests from other salons that choose to attend.
