Habitude is propelled by a remarkable team of leaders from each department. We oversee our group, make the decisions, hire, train and motivate, while flawlessly maintaining our own client base. Our team meets weekly to strategize and drive Habitude into the future.

Team Leads
Every team has a working lead either on the floor on in the treatment room or desk. The team leader in charge of all aspects of their group, goals, reviews, training, joys and concerns. Required skills: mastery in your field and a desire to sacrifice yourself to see others grow, high self esteem, technical wizard, teacher, example setter, vision seller, and achiever.

Inventory Controller
Manage the inventory, merchandising and storage facilities for all locations. Strategic thinker, merchandising genius, vendor-relationship builder, deal seeker, strong back, detail lover, self starter.

Human Resources Director
Responsible for keeping the Habitude Resources filled with incredible talent. Tireless recruiting, inquisitive interviewing, benefits expert, meticulous record-keeper, all while loving and amazing our customers and each other.

Financial Director
Secures the future of Habitude by maintaining impeccable financial control of the company. Required skills: bookkeeping and accounting experience, attention to detail, inventory control, protector of privacy, self starter, and multi-tasker.

Customer Service Director
Responsible for front of the house, customers and hub staff in all locations. Focus on filling our resources, continuous improvement, goal achievement, inventory control, perfect presentation, and poised accountability.

Salon Director
Responsible for salon facility, customers and salon staff in all locations. Focus on filling our resources, continuous improvement, goal achievement, inventory control, perfect presentation, and poised accountability, all while loving and amazing our customers and each other.

Spa Director
Responsible for spa facility, customers and spa staff in all locations. Focus on filling our resources, continuous improvement, goal achievement, inventory control, perfect presentation, and poised accountability, all while loving and amazing our customers and each other.

General Manager
Leads the whole team effortlessly toward the vision and beyond. Required skills: staff management, experience and strong leadership skills, people lover, gossip silencer, accountability expert, mentor and people molder.
